Understanding Stunt Harnesses from all Aspects

This is the beginning of my idea to start discussing the thoery, construction, practice and Actual vs theoretical use of Stunt Harnesses.

I will divide the Topic into different sections; including....

1. construction theory and implementation (ie the building of them)
2. practice (the way harnesses can be used and shouldn't be used)
3. finally the real world use of the Harnesses on Film set
